Mark D. Breakfield, CPA, is a shareholder with over twenty-five years of experience in public accounting. Mr. Breakfield specializes in intergenerational wealth planning, charitable giving and succession planning.

During his career, Mr. Breakfield has worked in various industries in both tax and assurance. Most recently, Mr. Breakfield has provided planning and consulting services to family businesses, individuals, trusts and estates. Mr. Breakfield has given numerous seminars across the country and has also been found on radio and television.

Mr. Breakfield graduated from Rockhurst University – Kansas City, Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has served on the board of many organizations and has served as a mentor to countless people in the accounting field.
